Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Nuzzle™ Pillow in its original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure it remains clean and protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
